Cancellation & Refund Policy

​All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service, appointment, or booking time in order to be eligible for rescheduling or credit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

Exceptions

Exceptions may be made solely at our discretion in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances. Any approved exceptions do not set a precedent for future cancellations.
